Principals
Steven Greenberg, principal, supervises all aspects of leasing, construction and property management for Heritage’s holdings. He has attended the New York University Real Estate Institute and The Wharton School in Philadelphia, pursuing continuing education courses and professional development opportunities. Steven currently serves on the Planning Board and the Environmental Commission of the Borough of Saddle River, N.J. He also is on the board of directors of the Newark Boys & Girls Club and WBGO, Newark Public Radio. In addition, he is a member of NAIOP and the Newark Real Estate Board.
Jeffrey Greenberg, principal, oversees all disciplines involved in the acquisition, financing and leasing of Heritage’s properties. Jeffrey received a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Colgate University, a law degree from Boston University School of Law and a master’s degree in Real Estate from New York University. Jeffrey is a licensed real estate broker in New York and is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Colorado. He is a member of NJ-NAIOP and serves on its Developers Political Action Committee.
Together, the Greenberg brothers have been instrumental in growing Heritage from a small, family real estate business to a mid-size player in the New York/New Jersey commercial market. During the past decade, they have orchestrated more than $800 million in transactions and more than 10 million square feet.
