Judith Greenberg Seinfeld, principal, is a former principal of Balenciaga Perfumes International and was senior vice president in charge of sales in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada. Judith received a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and a master’s degree from Columbia University. She sits on the Regional Board of the Valley National Bank and is a trustee on the boards of Nantucket Hospital and Syracuse University. She also has been vice president of the YMHA of Bergen County, N.J. Judith recently established the Seinfeld Housing Initiative program at Syracuse University’s School of Architecture and is actively involved in this three-year initiative, which offers students the opportunity to learn about housing design options and commercial forms of development as they define our culture and revitalize our urban centers.

Steven Greenberg, principal, supervises all aspects of financing, leasing, construction and maintenance for Heritage’s holdings. He has attended numerous courses and seminars on financing and construction at New York University Real Estate Institute and The Wharton School in Philadelphia. Steven currently serves on the Planning Board and the Environmental Commission of the Borough of Saddle River, N.J. He also is on the board of directors of the Newark Boys & Girls Club and WBGO, Newark Public Radio. In addition, he is a member of NAIOP and the Newark Real Estate Board.

Jeffrey Greenberg, principal, oversees all disciplines involved in the acquisition, financing and leasing of Heritage’s properties. Jeffrey received a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Colgate University, a law degree from Boston University School of Law and a master’s degree in Real Estate from New York University. Jeffrey is a licensed real estate broker in New York and is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Colorado. He is a member of NJ-NAIOP and serves on its Developers Political Action Committee.
