Heritage acquired this six-story, Class A property located in Long Island’s commercial and geographic center in mid-2005. During the ensuing 18 months, the firm negotiated eight long-term leases totaling 74,000 square feet to bring Atria East to 100 percent occupancy. Heritage sold the building to The Treeline Companies in late 2006, achieving a strong return on its initial investment.
